 this is a bit crazy this year.. the regular allergy season and time for me this year, is not show during end of April and Mid-May..  but this few day around 9/21/2020, I have this mystery allergy, which watery and itchy eyes, and running noses...

Today we have installed the new steam heat boiler heater.  Williamson (2018). Hope this will last for the next 20 years...😊
